What if my patients don't use WhatsApp?
95%+ of urban Pakistani adults use WhatsApp daily. For the few who don't, your receptionist can still book them by phone — the system handles walk-ins, manual bookings, and WhatsApp bookings in the same queue.
Will my receptionist lose her job?
No — and this is the wrong question. WhatsApp handles the routine bookings, reminders, and cancellations that ate her day. Is there an EMR?
Not in v1 — we focus on the booking and operations loop because that's where the patient-experience wins are. A light EMR ships in Phase 2 with the Polyclinic plan.
Do you handle payments?
Pay-at-clinic in v1. JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast inside the WhatsApp Flow are on the Phase 2 roadmap.
Where is my data hosted?
Currently in a regional data centre (Bahrain) with daily encrypted backups. We're locking in a Pakistan-resident option for clinics that need it.
